“Keep it Creamy,” it says on the exposed brick wall of this local ice cream shop.
Louisville Cream is a small batch ice cream shop in Louisville, KY’s NuLu neighborhood.
The ice cream is a culmination of local ingredients and baked goods from right here in the city.
Because they are small batch, most of their flavors are only sold for a limited time.
I had the chance (via coercing my friends to take me) this past weekend to finally experience the goodness that is a rich, creamy, sweet treat.
The shop itself is modern and encourages friends and families to enjoy the moment and be present in the moment (even if it’s not in your meal plan).
The owners, who work the counters themselves, are down to earth and serve every scoop with a smile.
What’s even better is they allow you to try samples of their ice-cream before what seems an impossible decision to make.
My choices so far (because I’ve only been there once, LOL): banana pudding, bourbon smoked pecan, and english toffee & fudge.
Go check them out!
